Hello hello!
Just like what I’ve promised you back then in the previous content, today the content will discuss the importance of celebrating small wins.

Before we get to a couple of points of the benefits, you should know first about the rhyme and also facts whose likely to pop up in our life.
- You’re working on a specific project with goals in mind
- But whenever you try to focus on that project, you always think about the problems that you might encounter while dealing with these projects
- And your imagination might make you feel discouraged, so you would feel pessimistic
- After that, you will feel that it is impossible to achieve your goals
- Your brains keep changing your focus and force you to think about everything from the negative perspective
- And, of course, it would bring an issue with your real-life projects, which led to failure.
Failure means you do not reach your goals.
Usually, bad things get easily stuck in our minds rather than positive things. You probably already realized that it’s easy to remember people’s fault rather than their good deeds. People often doubt their abilities even though we don’t know the final limits of our abilities. Small wins can give us extra power to reach another mile and are very important to improve our capabilities such as helping us boost our confidence, also seeing everything from the positive side, and becoming grateful.
Now, I’ll tell you a couple of Benefits of Celebrating Small Victories
Growing

Pause for a while and treat yourself, Don’t blame yourself (It’s your enemy!)
You still make progress, don’t worry at least you’re not stopping. Get away from any distractions from toxic activities and environments.
HBR mentioned that a small step forward can bring you a good positive mood
Passion
It also makes you recall your ‘WHY,’ why you choose this path and want this goal? ”If you don’t reward yourself with the effort that you have made, someday you will feel lost”

Confidence and Motivation
We all know that problems and obstacles are meant to discourage, disappoint, or be broken. When you celebrate small victories, you’ll slowly get back on track and will try to focus more.
Problems bring discomfort; on the other hand, celebrating or treating yourself brings you huge comfort. And after you have passed several mini-goals, you can look back and feels proud about the hard work that you have done, how far you have come, and how closer you are to your final goal.

Worth
You should know that “YOU’RE SPECIAL FOR YOURSELF,” as I mentioned several times, you don’t need other appreciations to be called special.
You’re the only one who knows that you deserve it more than anyone. So, raise your head, straighten your shoulders and smile proudly.
This is a battle for you and the project 🙂 you should be happy that you’re already arrived at the next level, the next phase, and get ready to obtain a bigger thing ahead.

Boost Your Energy
Happiness and a good mood can boost your energy, now relax for a while and think of something small that you’ve achieved. Say it to yourself until you can hear it “I’m so proud of you for ……..” even though you’re still kinda lazy to continue your projects, keep reminding yourself more energy can make you accomplish more.

Self Impact (Happiness & Self Care, Self Love, Self, Self, Self) 🙂
It can change your lifestyle and behaviour, leading you to obtain personal and maybe professional growth.
If you feel happy and proud, your body will release endorphins, and you know what happens next.
“Someone who feels appreciated will always try to do more than what’s expected”
