Have a morning routine
Make a predictable routine that helps you to start your day better.
- Sipping your fav drinks
- Which do you prefer, exercising in the morning or the evening?
- Read your fav book
- Meditation or having an intimate relationship with your beliefs
Know what your goals for the day are.
What do you want to achieve for yourself, as a team player, or even your circle? How do you want to act for the day?
Instead of making a to-do list, make an “I should” list. Know your priority, and prioritize which ones are important.
Active physically
Don’t like to work out at the gym? No problem, get your body moving. You can listen to your EDM music or any music and move to the beat of the music. Trust me, it helps. It can reduce stress and relax our stiff muscles. Or the simplest exercise is to walk.
Successful people say that a healthy body = a healthy mind.
Protect your core relationships.
Practice being a better listener. Many problems and almost all problems can be solved with communication. Be understanding, and be quiet when listening. People don’t want to be judged immediately when telling a story or their problems.
Be mindful and be genuine in making long-term relationships.
“Creating and maintaining a relationship takes effort.:
Be productive, and don’t be greedy.
Make sure you make the proper steps to achieve what you need to be achieved. Slowly is better than having an abrupt process. After you surpass one hurdle, let’s give an appreciation to yourself.
Relax and break time.
A break will energize and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Get some fresh air. And get yourself out for a while from any projects you’ve been focusing on.
Life-long learner
There is no expiration date to be a learner. There will always be something that we can learn. Ages can’t limit your to grow.
- Listen to podcasts
- Read books
- Watch TED talks
- Do research
Small wins are still a win.
Start small, and try to get used to it. These small actions you keep doing daily will help leverage your confidence.
Create your self-portfolio slowly. No rush. ”Slow and steady wins the race.”
Impact Others
It’s not about making a bet and hoping for something in return. But serving people the best that they deserve. Have an attitude of being kind.
Reflect
Record your progress because, as you might already realize, time flies. Small things and big things will eventually pass. There are a lot of articles mentioning the benefits of journaling. It helps you deal with stress, depression, and anxiety and calm your anger.
But, if you don’t like journaling, keep track of your goals and store your “I should” lists.
Be Grateful
Keep your positive attitude by simply thinking or writing three things you’re grateful for daily.
